Terms of service
At House of Promo, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service. As part of this commitment, we would like to bring your attention to our terms and conditions of service.
- Pricing includes branding in one position, one colour unless where indicated and delivery to a single location within Johannesburg or Lusaka.
- Full payment is required upfront for all orders unless a credit account has been established with House of Promo Marketing.
- Production takes 3–10 working days from the date of payment and artwork approval. The timeline depends on the type of items, quantity, and delivery address.
- Day 1 of the lead time begins the day after both payment and final artwork approval have been received.
- Cancellations:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once branding branding artwork has been approved.
- Cancellations of unbranded orders are subject to a 30% penalty after approval of cancellation.
- Returns on collected orders are accepted within 10 days and are subject to a 30% handling fee and supplier approval plus any cost of transportation.
